Health & Safety Policy

The following Health and Safety Policy Statement is issued in accordance with Section 2(3) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and is brought to the attention of all employees.

Ritelite (Systems) Ltd recognises its responsibilities as an employer and is committed to providing, so far as is reasonably practicable, a safe and healthy working environment for employees and conducting its activities in a manner that does not expose employees, visitors or others to unacceptable risks.

To achieve this, Ritelite Systems Ltd will:

• Provide and maintain safe workplaces, plant, equipment and systems of work.
• Provide appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision to employees.
• Identify hazards and assess risks arising from its activities, implementing suitable control measures.
• Maintain appropriate welfare and safety facilities.
• Comply with applicable health and safety legislation and other relevant requirements.
• Encourage employees to contribute positively to health and safety and to take reasonable care of themselves and others who may be affected by their actions.

All employees are expected to co-operate with the company in meeting its health and safety responsibilities and to work in accordance with established procedures and controls.

This policy statement will be reviewed annually, or sooner if significant changes occur, and any revisions will be communicated to employees.
